Christian Dargnat

Christian Dargnat founded and managed Alphée Consulting since 2016. President of the Financing Association of the French political movement “En Marche!”, he is one of the founders of LREM. He is contributing actively to the French economic policy and the implementation of private and public entities with European and French collective interests; He is lecturer at Sciences Po and HEC. Christian has acted as Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Asset Management and as CIO of BNP Paribas Investment Partners from 2009 to 2016. Christian was Chairman of BNP PAM Sgr in Italy and Chairman of CAM Gestion. He oversaw the Portfolio Management activity of BNP Paribas Private Banking in France and Italy. From June 2013 to June 2015, he was elected President of European Fund & Asset Management Association (EFAMA) after being Vice President for two years. From September 2010 to June 2013, he was Chairman of the MEDEF committee "Currencies and International monetary system". Christian has been appointed in 2014 as member of the French regulatory authorities (AMF) Advisory Commission dedicated to "Asset Management and Institutional Investors". He was member of the Paris Europlace Institutional Investors Committee. Christian Dargnat graduated with Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine (DEA), Paris, France in 1988. He is fluent in English and Italian. He was athlete in the French national team of Marathon.
