Öykü Gürsu

As the Director of Partnerships & Fundraising, Oyku works to broaden the impact and growth of The Karman Project, leveraging her extensive experience in non-profit and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She forges strategic alliances, leads fundraising initiatives, and cultivates key relationships to advance the foundation's mission and expand its global reach.

Previously, Oyku led the team at the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation for nine years, promoting entrepreneurship culture in Turkey. She also worked at Turkey’s first impact investing VC – FounderOne. Oyku graduated in Business Administration and Economics and holds a MSc in International Finance.
